Convention Blast – Taking the Lead

I’m sure you all know that in the Georgian calendar, the calendar that most of the world uses, February has 28 days until Julius Caesar gave it 29 and 30 days every four years.

Did you know the reason for this?

Well, the Roman emperor Augustus took one day from February and added that to August because August was a month that was named after him.

“Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man’s character, give him power. ”

–Abraham Lincoln
