Convention Blast: Coming to America

A picture of European immigrants on a pier arriving at Ellis Island in the early 1900's.

It’s fitting that this edition of the Convention Blast falls on the 4th of July, our country’s Independence Day.

While I can draw comparisons between our country’s fore fathers and advocates consistently working and promoting independence for all people with vision loss, I figured most of you would prefer to read something a little more fun.

If its entertainment you want, I shall oblige!

In this audio edition of the Convention Blast, you will hear all about this year’s convention tour to the Johnstown Heritage discovery center. Join Sue Lichtenfels and I as we review this year’s tour information and details.

We even get a visit from an intergalactic fan of the blasts!

Take a few minutes before you start that July 4th BBQ and

listen to what's in store during the 2014 PCB State Convention & Conference
. In fact, feel free to
      download the July Blast
and share with others; it goes perfectly with burgers, hot dogs and beer! Just don’t get any of that on your keyboard!

Feel free to give feedback in the comments, and don’t forget to share this with others.
