If so, The Client Assistance Program (CAP) can provide you information, advice and advocacy to help navigate the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR), the Centers for Independent Living (CIL) and the services that they provide to persons with disabilities. CAP also provides self-advocacy training and information about your rights and responsibilities under Title I of the ADA.
