Rules for Phone-Based Participants:
1. Phone-based bidders must register at 7:45 PM Eastern with
their name and call-back number.
2. Phone-based bidders with the winning bid will receive a call-back for
payment information either Friday night or Saturday morning.
3. Payment must be made by creditcard by Saturday, 10/19/19 at 4 PM
Eastern. Non-payment will result in forfeiture of the prize.
4. Phone-based winners will be charged an additional fee for shipping.
5. PCB will not ship parishable items and is not responsible for damaged
products.
